To inflict revenge on your former boss and return to Earth, you must explore every nook and cranny, collect dozens of upgrades, and peek under every mysterious alien rock. It’s just plain entertaining, no matter where you look at any given time.
Some creatures leave behind piles of goo when they are defeated, which might cause issues, but they can also be used to defeat other monsters. There are also alien wells of the same substances that you can eventually employ to solve riddles and gain entry to other worlds. There are plenty of things to do, like scanning, monster wrangling, upgrading, and general wandering, which I enjoyed.
You will be challenged with exploring and comprehending these magnificent alien realms over numerous planets and via a variety of obstacles. If you enjoyed the first game, you will enjoy what is on offer here, as it is essentially the same game, but with practically every aspect improved.
