It will also include two bonus episodes: The Struggle and Little Woman. The plot takes place in 2011, between Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6.
Moira Burton is attending Terra Save’s welcome party when unknown armed troops raid the building. Claire and Moira are knocked unconscious and awaken to find themselves in a gloomy, abandoned jail facility. They must work together to discover who took them and what dark purpose they served. Once free, they send out an SOS, which attracts Barry, who arrives ready to fight but not to meet Natalia.
Barry Burton travels to a secluded prison island in pursuit of his missing daughter, where he encounters Natalia Korda, a young girl with a strange ability to detect foes and concealed goods. Players must alternate between this skill and Barry’s proven combat abilities in order to survive the unknown island and find Moira.
Fans will undoubtedly benefit from this package, as it contains numerous references to previous titles, but even as a standalone game, it provides a satisfying dose of dark, zombie-killing action. Each episode of Resident Evil Revelations 2 includes Raid mode material and two full playable scenarios centred on the previously announced Claire and Moira campaign and the newly confirmed Barry and Natalia plot.
